What is Landmark Housing AssociationEstablished in 1990, Landmark Housing Association was formerly known as London Teachers Housing Association. We provide home ownership opportunities for people who could not otherwise buy their own home. Landmark has around 800 homes in management, the majority of which are shared-ownership. The rest are in its small portfolio of rented accommodation. Family MosaicLandmark is a subsidiary of Family Mosaic, one of the largest providers of homes and supported housing services in London and Essex. Alongside Family Mosaic's other subsidiary companies (Old Oak Housing Association and Charlton Triangle Homes) we also administer the Right-to-Buy scheme for tenants. Right-to-Acquire is another discount scheme, available through Landmark to Family Mosaic tenants whose properties were built with social housing grant after 1 April 1997. Who's who at LandmarkLandmark employs a team of staff to develop, market and manage its homes. All of our staff are based at Head Office at Tower Bridge. Our Mailing Address: Please note our fax: 020 7089 1001 If you have a query please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shared owners in Essex need to contact their local Family Mosaic office. The Housing CorporationLandmark is partly funded by the Government through the Housing Corporation which also monitors our performance. The Housing Corporation produces the Leaseholders Guarantee. This sets standards to ensure that all our leaseholders are treated fairly and equally and receive an efficient service. If the Housing Corporation changes this Guarantee we will send you an updated version. Leaseholder ParticipationThe Landmark Board of Management includes at least one leaseholder representative chosen by residents through a ballot. We also have procedures for encouraging the development of Residents Associations and involving residents in the management, maintenance and improvement of their homes. |
